So I’m a T.G.I.F employee ,now what?

So I’m a T.G.I.F employee ,now what? Thanks for punching me right in the face Cesar. I don’t see it that way I am just sending you guys a wake up call and showing you all the truth. I have lived in this cycle prior to applying my talents and efforts into what I love. You must be wondering how can you also break away from this cycle, I wish there was a cookie cutter answer but unfortunately there isn’t one and this is not an (easy bake oven from Hasbro)  if you make the wrong choices in Life you get burned and if you make none at all then you’ll die slowly each day .I believe no one really wants to be a failure or become mediocre it happens over time as both failing and succeeding is a process . Here are a list of pointers that will get you on your way to  freedom. - evaluate yourself what do you really want from Life or work for that matter - write down what you want from life or work (visualizing ) think rocky “eye of the tiger” - your mindset dictates everything so think positive make declarations everyday goals,goals,goals,goals score daily goals .Remember champions embrace the small victories in preparation for the big ones. surround yourself with like-minded people, if your circle is not on the same page as you or brings negative energy you must cut them off whether they are “friends or family” believe me I’m a family man but if someone will get in the way of what I want then I’ll cut them off. believe in what you want whether it’s a new job or a new company you want to start “Do it like Nike  ” it may sound cliché but what good is knowledge if you fail to apply it to life? you must find balance in life build a daily schedule “priority list” in no numerical order because it defeats the purpose of completing important tasks. health , I for one have not put this at the top of my priorities in the past but if you want to be happy and wealthy then you must also take care of your body,mind ,and soul. - Look above your job no matter what situation you are in you have options educate yourself become Financially literate it’s a shame how we learn how to read a sonnet before a financial statement (Shakespeare was great but he isn’t paying your bills) save a percentage of your check towards your idea or goal, if your living paycheck to paycheck  find a way to leverage yourself (credit,Susu) saving something is better than not saving anything . The Idea is to grow your wealth no one became rich saving money you must invest in a vehicle (stocks ,bonds, or become a retailer on the side if you know how to sell .The point is use your talents to grow your wealth.The more service you provide the more money you will make.Now before you guys start to come up with 14 trillion excuses( no pun intended) like your bills or responsibilities to your family members you must think about yourself first, I just believe you must take care of your self first in order to take care of the others. I don’t expect for anyone to quit their job and it’s completely understandable .I just ask for everyone to evaluate themselves and see if they are really happy and if they are satisfied with life. What is the definition of insanity? A genius named Albert Einstein said it best  ”Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”. We go to work everyday expecting something new a blast of excitement yet when it lacks off  you feel stuck and lose motivation to excel . Do you guys realize the damage you are doing to yourself and your family? when you’re in an environment like this one then you wonder why divorce rates are high. Life should be an exciting journey everyday, for you to wake up in the morning and already have a gut feeling in your stomach questioning yourself “should I stay or should I go” or “to be or not to be” let’s ask hamlet ,we all know how that ended. We have to wake up in the morning full of joy and excitement and if you’re not then I suggest you evaluate yourself. For a lot of people they may be happy at their job ,which is possible but like  all great marriages , divorces occur at the end and it’s not pretty  .As you dwell in pain of all the time and effort you put into them they are still functioning and throwing holiday parties without your delicious baked cookies being missed. The moment you think your irreplaceable they’ve already found someone cheaper and with the same capabilities or someone who far exceeds your skills.Remember the 2008 financial meltdown? 14 million jobless Americans according to the BLS(bureau of labor statistics u.s department of labor). Do you really want to set yourself up to become a casualty? Digg deep inside and Find what you Love and own it no one on the Forbes 400 got rich working a 9-5. What Is a T.G.I.F Employee?

A T.G.I.F employee is a person who works at their job and Hates it or doesn’t want to be there and is only working at that company for the purpose of a paycheck. Can you guys imagine? 8 hours a day , 40 hours a week ,  20 days a month and  give or take 240 days a year at a place you HATE. You have to look at yourself in the mirror and say how unproductive this mind set is . why would you spend the next 30 to 40 years of your life living a life you do not want to live. This cycle brings depression into your life, Lack of motivation and a deteriorating health and insurmountable amount of stress. The great news is that there is light at the end of the tunnel and you can change today forget about tomorrow lets make it happen today. If you seek happiness then make those changes today .
